I have Talbot in my pool. I haven't watched any Oilers games this year, are they hanging him out to dry or is he kinda sucking this year?

Talbot isn't doing great, and they are hanging him out to dry.

It's not too late to 'take one for the team' Bessiedog.....

4-0 loss. How many more times is this going to happen before Bessiedog does the right thing to help his team?

From the parts of the game I watched (1st period and start of the 3rd), besides not being able to score, the Oilers were playing good. First goal was just a cut and dry example of the luck of this entire season. Oil is dominating, generating a lot of chances, then the other team fires one shot going wide that gets tipped and right by Talbot. Then the team proceeds to die by the awful PK and non-generating PP.

That said, the team is abysmal. Pretty much have to absolutely dominate the entire rest of the season, which I don't see happening. Oh well!

Let's be nice. Oiler Lives Matter movement is coming...

It was a close one. I know you guys like to be positive. If you guys only scored 5 more goals you could have won. Next time.

Bessiedog can help this team?

Edit: Give us those nasty Red Wings, we'll show you what to do with them.

You need to refer to my post #230 to see what is required to take one for the team, to change their luck.

Talbot is an issue now. Greasy rebound after rebound. Unlike Mrazek yesterday who was able to trap and control the puck...

Eberle 2 goals, Barzal 5 assists. The oilers never cease to provide entertainment.

O..wait. They play together but not on this team!

They should just rename the team to The Edmonton Dri-davids or something. No one else on the team seems to be able to score :O

3v3 never gets old. It is without a doubt the best entertainment sports has to offer in terms of anything to do with a regular season game.

McDavid and Draisaitl are pretty fun to watch during it, too.

Ohhh, so close to almost posting a win against the Rangers...darn.

Somebody is not taking one for the team obviously. How are they ever going to get out of the Hole?
