Hi we used to live in Cochrane and we did a lot of fishing down at the bend in the river at the end of Griffin Road, we caught lots of rainbows, some big and some small, whitefish and the odd cuttie. I think the Spray Lake Complex is down there now and I dont know how the area is built up. I havnt been down there for four years to fish that area. Just be very carfull as they open the dam around 10 in the morn and it comes fast. Ive almost got swept off my feet a few times.
