Cypress Hills?

Has anobdy ever done the Cypress Hills archery elk hunt? I started working in the area, and would be interested in anybodies experince, success etc.

My uncle hunts there every year and is saying it is getting harder and harder to get an elk. He said that last year they were called to so much that they would come or answer. He gets one every 4-5 years.
