Does anyone have any information on the road construction on Tower Road near Carrot Creek? Went out scouting a few weeks back and took the quads on a trailer. Coming out the road was so slick i couldn't climb a small hill in 4x4. Had to unload the quads. Maybe its just me but it seems like this road has been under construction for two years now?
I had asked the construction workers what’s up... they told me they’ve widening the road for the oilfield workers/trucks. Been a damn mess for quite some time. I see this year the supplement tags are a no go in 338....
Yes it has been a mess. I like to hunt chickens in that area and have done some deer hunting, it is unfortunate about the supplimental tag but it was a tough winter out there.

It will be more of the same until freeze-up. Construction will be going into the 3rd year probably.
