CZ 455, Rail and Scope with 30mm Tube

Anyone ever put say a 20 MOA rail on a CZ 455 and then a set of rings for scope with a 30mm tube? I am interested in finding a good combination.

Yep, I did exactly that on the rifle I have pictured in the LR 22lr thread. In that case it has Ivey adjustable rings......but pic 20 MOA base, so any 30 mm rings will work.
