Thanks for the info and PM's, this one is pretty simple, no algorithms or math required, just drop down menus and specific information that a guy can look at later, rather than pen and paper.

Sound like you want a simple app.

For android only try MIT app inventor 2
For android and iPhone use Thunkable .

Both are drag and drop options, and use scratch as their primary language (very beginner friendly)

Lots of tutorials available. You can push to your devices relatively easy to test.


Sounds like this would be able to handle what you want to do.
