Default Some crackheads must be suffering

Crackheads in northern Manitoba must have their supply dried up. Cops everywhere going door to door must be bad for dealers business.

I'm betting the opposite, they are not looking for crack right now.

With the town on lockdown they are probably claiming to be suffering withdrawals. Technically the RCMP would not be allowed to withhold medical treatment so they are probably supplying the addicts with methadone on the tax payers dime.

Just like the RCMP were not looking to confiscate guns during the High River Floods.

Any and all opportunities will be exploited to cover the lack of success in finding the teen perps.

During the chase in York landing somebody posted an arrest video on FB that was deleted a short time after, there was a chopper hovering over a house 3 cops cars lights flashing and people running no doubt one of the local crack dealers.
