Default Drawn but can't hunt because of surgery.

I got draws for Antelope this year and mule buck.
I now have to get surgery on Oct 8th, and I won't be able to hunt.
Is there a way of gifting or getting someone to hunt for me legally.
What are my options.
Ed

Youth partner license but you will still have to be in the field with them.

My buddy ended up having cancer surgery and was able to have his draw cancelled.

My boss had a brain tumor and they returned his mule priority. I think he had to send in a doctors note or something.

I'll be that guy and ask what kind of surgery and if it can wait a year?

Hamstring reattached, and it is though WCB. So sitting and walking are out for about 2 months.

Just get your priority re-instated. If you can't walk or sit there is no legal way to transfer the tag or draw to someone else. Getting the draw priorities back is a bit of paperwork but not really very hard to do. Call Albberta Relm and they will walk you through it.
