Default Slap Shot

Well I just got a healthy dose of movie clips from the movie Slap Shot. What a classic. Any body else like this one? or how about other classic sport movies?

I once seen a movie back in the late 70's or early 80's that was called "It's a Mad Mad World" It was a funny movie, along with the others mentioned !!

Anyone else remember that Movie ?!

You go to the penalty box and you feel shame, and then you get out.

Love the scene where the Hanson brothers we’re in their room playing with the race cars. Haven’t played with cars like that in ages!!!

You sure could not make a movie like that in 2020. Would not be politically correct.

The movie was epic when it came out and is still a classic. I was playing in a charity tournament a few years ago. We were doing a draft to see which NHL and NHL alumni players were going to be on your team. The Hanson's crashed the draft; it was awesome! Got a pic with them. I'm about 6'3" and 225. They're pretty big guys.

Default Not super classic, but honourable mention.

Dodgeball. A classic underdog story.
If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball. “What?”, wabam. Wrench. Classic.
