Default Stolen Tub Trailer

Good Afternoon fellow Outdoors community,

Not happy that I have to ask for anyone's assistance in locating a home made tub trailer that was stolen this past week, April 27 to 30, from a very remote location South of Fort MacMurray. The tub trailer is green in color and has been in the family for 20 plus years.
As a group of outdoorsmen and respectable people we put my faith in humanity to much sometimes, It won't change things for us but it will sure make us think twice about stuff.
If anyone of you comes across it in their travels or sees it posted for sale somewhere please PM me with the information.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you Brian

Thanks guys we appreciate the help.
That trailer has been through a lot of adventures and miles, many moose, elk, bear and camps have been in the box of her.
Way to many memories.
Hopefully we can get it back.

In God we trust, all others pay Cash. Looks unique , shouldn't be hard to spot.

Default Stolen Tub Trailer Update

As of now we still have't been able to locate the tub trailer.
RCMP have been involved and a report has been filed, not sure if it will help but might get lucky.
Also a call to the local outfitter that we know and have talked to in the past, nice guy and he said that he has had trouble with a few people that sit in his stands and he has lost a few cameras and stands from this particular group.
Sounds like they are known for taking stuff that's not theirs.

Anyways still hoping.

I had my 16' enclosed utility trailer stolen on 2009 in Edmonton, daughter and son in law borrowed it to move, anyway when I filed the report with the city police they as mush as told me they don't even look for them, reason being that at that time there were 4,000 trailers per year stolen in Alberta and the plates are continuous so never expire or have to be renewed.
He said the way they usually find them is that if it was parked on a street abandoned somewhere or if the vehicle pulling it was involved in an accident, at that time recovery rate was less than 1% according to my insurance company.

Good luck I hope you get it back but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting.

It may be a matter of sentiment, but if you are going to rebuild it, pm me and come over and see the one I built.

Some of the other AO members have copied the design that has been very successful for the last 25 years, but is not available commercially.

I'm in the south west side of Edmonton, so not far from you anyways.

That sucks big time Night Owl.

I hunt south of Fort McMurray so I’ll keep my eyes open for it. I saved a pic of it to my photos on my phone for quick reference. I’ll also keep a look out on the local FB buy and sells for you.

I hope you get it back.
