Bullet type, and COL are as important as bullet weight. And I don't see the point of waiting five minutes between shots with a semi auto. Regardless of the action, I shoot my group one shot after the other, as I would in the field if I need follow up shots, and then I let the barrel cool. As well, this helps to show potential issues with the rifle. The BAR that I had shot well under moa, so a semi auto can be accurate. If the accuracy seems really bad with several different loads, would look at the scope/mounts, or the fore end attachment with a two piece stock.
