Deer scraps, beaver, grouse guts work good for bait with a skunk based lure. If you see fisher tracks in the area I would not set there. If you did catch a fisher by accident turn it into the fish and wildlife and explain what happened.
I would use only 120's as a big fisher would be able to pull out of these with a leg catch. I find if the box is on a large diameter tree the fisher is more apt to reach in with his paw then stick his head in. Marten will simply stick there heads in and you will have a nice humane strike.Secure your trap to the tree not the box as a fisher can pull the box off.
