Default Hypertension medication

Was on several different meds to find right one with least side effects. Then cut out salt, wheat products and SUGAR. Now 1/2 hr on treadmill each day.
Meds needed dropped from 20mg to 10mg to 5mg to 2.5 mg and now none.
Keep checking pressure weekly to be safe. now 130/75
My liver and kidneys do not have to deal with the extra drugs.

Even this dedicated omnivore has limits.

OT- Great job on getting the hypertension under control with healthy lifestyle changes!

The pharmaceutical world sure as heck wouldn’t want you to be preaching this obviousness. Good job sir!
