You can check on reservoir levels on this site. Looks like Travers is currently sitting at 62.6% capacity. I am not sure at what capacity level the launch is usable/unusable though.

It was useable but you had to be careful at the end of last season. The current level is at least as high as it was last fall. The docks are in so they are getting ready for boats.
