Maybe they can force prisoners to do free hard labor on the arena build without any fall harness or other safety gear.. might get two birds stoned at once

That won't help with the Liberal style justice system we have to deal with, most criminals never get to see the pen.

I think it is because there is no room at the inn.
If they won't build a new facility then a novel idea instead is to, start stacking them up. Double the cell occupancy.

I am sick of reading about the poor inmates.... THEY CHOSE TO GIVE UP THEIR FREEDOM...all while, some poor victim tries to piece their life back together.

The system is all bass ackward....

It would definitely serve a more useful purpose, and having more criminals locked up would prevent some crime, and likely save some lives.

Rent a cell in Tuxpan Mexico for the bad ones a nice 4x8 cell straw mattress full of lice and a 5 gallon pail you got out two hours a week to bath , wash your clothes and empty your bucket that is it. I worked with a fellow that spent a year in their , he said it was a horror. Be a good place for young wanna be criminals for a month i bet most would smarten up if you told them they go back for a year next time
