I would start looking at the larger dealers, like Prophet River, and it may end up being a special order. I am seeing them listed at US dealers, but I haven't seen them listed for sale in Canada.

I believe the only Tikka T3X in 22-250 with a 8 twist barrel is the Super Varmint
https://choose.tikka.fi/usa/code/TFTT1352A73C9G0B
Good luck in your search, the super varmints are scarce and expensive $2500

There are a few models listed with the 1 in 8" twist. They are on sale in the USA, but I haven't seen any in Canada yet.

Default If you cant find one

if you cant find one, you might consider buying any 308 bolt face tikka used then take said rifle to your favorite gun smith/machinst and have them put a barrel on it and chamber it to your specifications. It is not as expensive as you might think. You can call international barrels and get a price on a 224 / 1/8 twist.

Then you have a semi custom rifle. You can also find some very nice stocks that would fit better at a reasonable price as well.
