Default Rusty barrel

I recently picked up a very old winchester 30 30 and am thinking of restoring it. The barrel is in poor shape, any magic solutions to clean the barrel? I have tried G96 and a copper solvent but I need something better. Any ideas are welcome. Thank you.

if its rusted inside toooo bad..nothing will bring it around.
