Default Licence question

I have a friend from South Korea, she has temporary recipiency status with authority to work while she completes her degree and she holds an Alberta Drivers Licence.

My question is, will she qualify for the resident sport fishing license?

Cheers

edit: she just told me that she pays taxes and someone at the tax office said she was a resident..we'll find out for sure at Canadian Tire tomorrow, and guess this post is now no more than a pad

Yep. All you need is an alberta address. Don't even need a drivers license but that helps.
