I'm thinking they guy is shooting rock salt or something producing a shot pattern; perhaps the muzzle blast alone takes out ballons at that range? Quick yes, but really aimed? I'd like to see paper targets at triple that range with real bullets. I suppose there's more footage of this guy, but thats the same one I've seen before. Looks to be shot in late '70's by his clothes.

REAL BULLETS??!
If you ever watched American shooter you would have seen him do stuff just like that.
Also, throwing a card up in the air and cutting it in half with a .45ACP.
Three from a holstered single action so fast that is sounds almost like one shot and three cards hit - one hole in each card.
he isn't B.S. , he's the real deal, same as Bill Jordan or Jerry Miculek.
Check this one out - two cylinders in less than three seconds, and you can bet that there are real bullets in there as well.

Now there is a guy that might actually have a chance against a grizzly.

I saw an interview somewhere with him, and he explained his gun and load, but I can't remember the details.
This guy can compete with the race guns with his wheelers and actually win!

Low recoil loads or smaller calibre potentially. After having seen this yesterday I watched a few more of his videos and a few of Jerry Miculek and in one of Jerry's he was shooting a .22. I realize for certain competitons there would be minimum calibres stated by regulations.

Both are impressive shooters to say the least.

IIRC he is using either a 40 or a .357 in the vid clip I posted, but he does shoot all pistol disciplines, for sure!:>)

Those guys are crazy fast! I think I'd shoot my toe off, and call it a day if I tried that.....

Very impressive. Whether he's firing .357 or .22, he's bloody fast.
