We are going to do the hand off this Friday, between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. I am leaving here at 7 AM, anyone that can make it please meet us in the parking lot. I will not be able to run around and pick up from anyone unfortunately.
This is their timeline, not mine.
Anyone that can make it for the handshake and photo please meet us there, or pm me and I will provide my phone # to meet.
Thanks everyone for your generosity.

Copy from the email from Stephanie at the Stollery
Hi Ken,
Parking is available underground, at the front of the Stollery entrance (111 Street) or in the public parking parkade across from the Mazankowski Heart Institute. We can meet at the Stollery entrance (big Stollery bear) located across from the LRT station on 111 Street.
We time should I meet you over at the hospital?
(10:45)
Thanks,
Stephanie
So I will be standing there, if all goes well at 10:45 AM
I hope everyone that can make it comes as well, it should be a wonderful experience handing all your money over to this organization.
Supper Friday night @?

To make it an even $5500 Ill tie up an assortment of trout flys for anyone who can donate $50 asap to the stollery. I used to tie commercially and have tied for many people from this site.!

Good offering Waterskeeter, thanks.
3 hours to go guys, then I am going to ask the Mods to Un-sticky it, will leave it until Sunday and then will get them to lock it.
At that time, if you have PIF's that have not been sent, you can still track them and send PM's back and forth.
If you have offered a contribution and have not yet sent it, please use the form attached earlier and send it directly to the Stollery, I can relink if needed.
Golf is tentatively set for June 9th, we will try to discuss a rain-date if weather goes bad and will reply later as needed.
There are still offers that I need to hear back from, about fishing, dentistry, house maintenance, etc. If these have been initiated please let me know so I can amend the total prior to Thursday.
I am leaving here Friday 7:00 AM, and we will meet at the Stollery parking lot.
Any questions, comments, or concerns?
Again, I want to thanks everyone for contributing and making the thread a roaring success, it was fun and I hope we do it again next year.
3 Hours to go, final total will be at 10:00 PM

Thanks Pin, great to add to the total, I will change it. Is there any chance you can just mail it in with the form? I don't want to risk missing the timeline they have set by taking detours.
