Default !Whitefish!

Are you legaly allowed to use parts of whitefish for baits thats dead and prevously frozen?

I don't have the regs nearby but I think you can use the skin and fins and such but I don't know if this constitutes transporting bait from one fishery to another.

Had fish n wildlife tell me it was ok for using chunks of perch but not the whole fish or live fish as a bait I presume that therefor applies to all fish.
