Default Suffix 832, Really that Good??

I sure don't get out fishing like I used when I lived in ON. But I am curious to try this new Suffix 832 line. What is the take on this stuff? I went to BP the other day and the whole rack was clear of it! I've tried power Pro on Lake Erie for bass before, and used it on a little bit of walleye fishing but it's been years. I just went back to Mono.
What do WE think of Suffix??

Really that good? I think so, but will have to use it for a season first. We just got it here in AB this spring.

7 dyneema fibers and one gore performance fiber, 32 weaves per inch.
The Dyneema fibers are super thin super slick giving small diameter to tensile strength.
The gore fiber gives the abrasion resistance.
Weave technique keeps line consistently round.
Overall reducing line friction and and increasing casting distances.

Thanks, but I already knew this stuff about it. Have you tried it on a spinning reel? I would like to try it o both, baitcast and spinning before I go on a big fishing trip next year.

heres my take.
if a line withstands the vigors of icefishing its a winner
if it doesnt collect excessive ice it wont collect alot of algae and fur.
I have used fireline for that reason, fusions are slicker. Suffix is pretty slick for a braid. I know theres alot of power pro fans on here but that line is like a wire saw to me.
All winter never had a knot issue or a breakage. Is it more sensitive..i doubt it. Does it cast well...better than fireline imo...and its quiet.
for these reasons....12 spinning reels and 6 baitcasters are freshly filled

Grabbed a spool of the 30lb to try on a smaller baitcaster I picked up. I've gotta see what all the hype is about!

For as many people as I've heard that like the stuff, I'm surprised you have such a dislike for it. I think I've got another reel here I can try that stuff on too!

At the store, I compared Suffix to Power pro and the Suffix seemed much stiffer than the powerpro and noticably thicker for the same lb test. Perhaps that just means that the Suffix line would be more abrassion resistant. Also, I like how powerpro is made right here in North America while Suffix is made overseas.
