I'm sure their names will be public soon though.
I'm with ya on that , Like I said they probably knew who they were over the Long weekend . People aren't stupid they get beaking off , and people will report especially once its all over the media as this has . According to Global news and hearing from the fella from SRD they have pin pointed the area to Alberta as , many people who recognized the area provided the information . Also went further to maximum could be heavy fines and Jail time . Well that would be a good wake up call on these boys . Also there is a lady looking to talk to the people who started this , So I simply provided her with a little information including a Direct link to this forum . I made it well aware as hunters and outdoorsmen we appreciated the fact these criminals were depicted as Poachers not Hunters . I then further more gave her a Direct link to the Forum and suggested she talk to Rob Forum Admin .

Default I tend to agree with Adiver, but keep looking

I'm sure that anything that gets posted to Youtube leaves an IP address and an ISP trace.

Having said that, its pretty easy to hide all this stuff, so kudos to all of you sniffing out these creeps. Lets keep it up!

Wow good job everyone! My only .02 is that the sign does look like a DU sign. Looks like the ones surrounding Frank Lake area, heck the video looks like it could have been filmed near Frank Lake - lots of little sloughs surround the main lkae part, lots of little rural roads and not a whole lot of houses or ppl to hear the rukus. But I assume that almost all of the DU signs look the same and ponds in the spring all look similar too.

I'm still thinking the location is somewhere between Weyburn, Yorkton and Saskatoon. There are literally thousands of 'spots' that are identical to the ones in the video, so I doubt anybody is going to recognize it. More likely, is that one of numnuts' buddies recognize and rat him out.

It's just a matter of time...

Default Great Job Guys!!!

I just want to say what a great job you guys are doing to find these poachers. This was brought to our attention on a waterfowl forum because of James M posting it back on u tube. Thanks James for you efforts in doing this and not allowing these scum bags back peddle their way out of it. You guys have done some great investigating and have done an outstanding job getting this atrocity out to the public eye. Rest assured you efforts will not be in vein. These guys will be caught in due time. This story will also put other poachers in the state of mind to think twice about their actions and may prevent others from even thinking of doing something like this in the future. So take pride in your efforts and know what you are doing will probably other young men make better decisions while using firearms. Thanks a lot to the members of Alberta Outdoorsmen Forum. Great job!

Default Reward

There's a $1000.00 reward for information leading to their arrest now, put up by the Canadian Humane Society.

Man what a great job on here guys and gals keep up the good work.
My hat's off to Global for speaking to the firearms community and letting him point out the difference between poachers and hunters. Anyone who thinks that we hunters are just a bunch of blood thirsty killer should have a look through this thread.

I imagine the cops already know who these guys are by now and like was already said are just making sure that all evidence and procedures are in order before making the arrests.

Anyways thanks Ontario gunner, James M and everyone else who put in time and effort to move this forward and see these scumbags, hopefully, brought to justice.

Thanks for that link ^ PEI

In addition to helping get this story out to the general public (the video, pictures, and explanation), I think we should also help to inform the general public about the CHS $1,000 reward as well.

Let's spread the word!

Default Reward

Would it be hard for someone to set something up so that maybe the members of this forum could set up some kind of reward as well, I don't know the legalities of setting something of that nature up. I would be willing to put in a $20. Just a thought.

Unbelievable, I just finished holidays and thought I would catch up and the first thread I read was this one. I must say this is very disturbing. Kudos to everyone involved in bring this to the publics eye. These 3 individuals must feel like the entire country is closing in on them. I hope when they are walking down the streets that they are looking over there shoulders in fear of law enforcement being around every corner. When they are caught I look forward to see what kind of punishment is handed down and hope that it is not just a slap on the wrist.

Again excellent work to everyone involved in shedding light on this discusting act.
