I think this thread is proof of the detriment social media has been to society in general. Everyone should watch The Social Dilemma. Some of the stuff said on this thread is just ridiculous, heresay, conspiracy etc Some people post links to disprove wild theories and nobody achknowleges them. It’s “Fake News” unless it fits our narrative. Partisanship has clouded reality to a point where there is nothing but us vs then.
It’s sad that so many cannot accept something as reality, even when it is, simply because it goes against what we’ve convinced ourselves is true.
I can’t even be bothered to go back and read who said the Dems only ran on, “Trump this Trump that” I personally think that sounds like how our conservatives ran “Trudeau this, Trudeau that”. I’ll assume that’s what parties not in power do.
I’m like Bessie, I don’t have a dog in this fight but from my perspective, those siding with Biden are winning this debate.

First off, I have both dealt with dementia in my family in the past, and currently have people with dementia in my family. I’ll give you a little advice, hiding from it won’t make it go away. If hearing about grownup matters hurts you so bad I suggest you stick to threads that don’t deal with grownup topics. Maybe you should be the one who either acts like an adult or stick with the kids.
Now as far as me suggesting joe has dementia, it’s no secret! Many political experts have suggested the same thing, Joe Rogan discussed it on his podcast and brought up several examples of how bad joe has gotten over the past 4 years.
Seriously, if you can’t handle the topic, if you get this bent out of shape over someone even suggesting someone else has it, it’s not me with the problem, it’s you.

On a positive note, this American election, and the associated threads, has led to:
a) the outing of a whole gaggle of left-tards that have been lurking on AO, some of them likely for years
b) me finally getting motivated to look into the "ignore" function on AO, figuring it out, and adding a select few to my new list. (I think I'm up to 3-4 now??)
As soon as I saw the words "alt right"...boom...another one on the list...5 and counting...lol
