For every complaint thats makes me ask....WHY AM I DOING THIS?
There is people who show me that the world is still full of good and giving people.

We needed a cargo trailer to be a vital back up for our cooking operation in the event of wind. Being southern Ab. being without a back up was not a option.

Well anthony5 has made contact with Mr. Eric and Mr Eric will be donating the use of his cargo trailer to the event. Mr Eric lives east of Vulcan and will deliver and pick up. Now thats TOP SHELF.....THANK YOU SO MUCH.

ALSO....... Santa clause(horsetrader) who has helped organize, donated countless items and cash as we know is coming from Edmonton. Has advised me he has a room booked in Claresholm for him and Chesterfield for friday night. All so he can be there for the 6 am setup. THANK YOU BROTHER

i can't say for sure how many HR F&G guys will be coming down with their tent at this point. i informed them we would have lots of help for them the morning of the event, and that we needed to be set up and 100% ready for our guests by 10am. looking at the list of the 6am crew, i believe we'll be fine. 4-5 guys for an hour. let me know if you need me to dig further regarding this. thanks.

If we get the drill team and the guys that are bringing tents to work together. As we are drilling they can set up there tents. Once the tents are ready we can get the holes drilled for them.We can split up after that point if we need help somewhere else.From there all thats left is cleaning of the holes and ice.I figure 1 hour drill time with in that hour tents will be set up. 1 hour clean up with atleast 15 volunters.Gives us a 1/2 hour to play with.

Have a Great Day all .. hope the kids catch many fish.. have been doing a fish derby for 25 years .. last year -40 at 8am and had 142 people by 4pm..
