Yup, I'll go with that one as well but I don't text and I rarely talk on the phone while I'm driving or that'd be number 1. If the phone rings when I'm in the city they'll leave a message if it's important.

I wouldn't refer to someone texting as driving, I'd call that aiming.

include looking for sheds while driving.
you know theres a problem when you wash the side windows and leave the windshield dirty.
