Not just the rural areas, in Lethbridge the city council and former provincial government is proud to be turning this city into a drug user destination. Law enforcement and paramedics are dealing with the cities new clients in overwhelming numbers and the enabling continues to tie up hospital beds to. Lots of petty crime and serious incidents happening here and everything is okay says the mayor. This has spread impacting rural communities surrounding Lethbridge to.

More prosecutors isn't the answer, if the judges refuse to hand out meaningful sentences.

I like the idea of starting them out sleeping on the floor with water and rice to eat until they earn a cot and protein.
All the paved roads and paths were done by prison labor in Waterton National Park during the depression..The fires burned up those roads and trails would suit me just fine if cons rebuilt them again...And just think Calgary could get their new stadium built using prisoners.....on time and under budget. Sounds like a win win.

Agreed. The lawyers and judges cost the taxpayer enough as it is. The last thing civilization needs is another lawyer.
