I work for CN Rail as a Rail Traffic Controller......for what ever reason there has been an unusually high incident of crossing accidents lately. Just a friendly reminder to be safe and to pay attention at crossings.

You know i dont wanna sound like a dick or anything but people that refuse to stop for them flashing lights and DING DING DING and see a bright bullet headed in there direction and refuse to not stop for them deserve to get run over sadly there is a whole crew and emergency workers who have to clean these asstards up . I just think of it as the world and god weeding out the morons .
Now before I get jumped on like a blow up doll in Alberta divers hunt camp I wanna say there are accidents that happen and its sad when accidents happen and one loses there life , couldnt emagine being hit by a train id hope that my life would be over . Wouldnt wanna have to deal with being pieced back together or worse being left on machine to live . Nope not for this fella .

BBJ sadly its not always the emergency workers who are the first on the seen that have to deal with it. It is usualy the Conductor or Locomotive Engineer in combination with the Rail traffic Controller who have the first stresses of the crossing accident and its events that follow later.

Thank you, you have no idea how true that is. Nothing is more un-nerving than hearing that emergency tone on the radio and hearing, 'RTC, we just hit somebody'. Then as you pointed out a member of the train crew has to walk back to see what's left.

If you're referring to the one at Sylvan Lake the last media report I heard said she only suffered minor injuries, despite the fact she had to be cut from the car.

Does it add up?
Two mothers and two daughters went shopping for new dresses for a wedding celebration. They each returned with a new dress, but they only bought three dresses. How can this be correct?

Oooops
Booked flights for boss.
He is sitting in mexico.
he wanted to come home today I had accidently booked him for March 19th not Feb 19th. Thank goodness I was home sick and able to get his call saying there was a problem with his flight.
Corrected the issue.
Not sure how I managed to pull that one off. Just glad there was a spot on todays flight for him.
YOUCH.

Today I am going to make some fish bonkers, change out a stereo in the f150, and clean my shop. Stoopid cold weather, I wanted to go fishing.

A King appoints ten landlords to look after and collect taxes from the ten provinces he rules over.
The landlords are to collect one 16 oz gold coin from every resident in their province.
The King while admiring his ten bags of gold is informed that one landlord has shaven one oz off of every gold coin he collected.
How was the King able to determine which bag held the 15 oz gold coins with only one weighing on a scale?
The King has no idea how many people live in each province.

Just got an email from my grand daughter. She drew a picture of her dog.
She's 3 1/2 years old and a genius.

riddle me this
A small lake is infested by water lillies, each day (24 hrs) the lillies double in number and the size of each existing lilly remains the same. Each lilly measure 160 square centimeters and the lake has a total surface area of 10 acres. In order to kill the infestation, a chemical has to be applied when the lake is exactly half covered, if it takes 40 days for the lillies to totally cover the entire surface of the lake, when should this chemical be applied?
You may use a calculator, pencil, slide rule, trigonometry or an abacus to solve this problem. I had to count on my toes...
