I would leave the 5 stars and collect the $200. As soon as I used that $200 and my next oil change was free, I would leave a google review indicating what they do. It is very difficult to remove google reviews, so that’s the best way to tell others. And people should know that now days 5 stars doesn’t mean great service, it means satisfactory service. Reviews in general aren’t that accurate anymore.
A friend had one in high school, riding in that one, was enough to last me a lifetime. It's a good thing that it had no power, because the handling was horrible.

Just as a final update and closure.
Took my truck to another garage and they beat the pending dealership repair bill by more than the $300.
Plus Honda Canada phoned me back and re-iterated that dealerships are separate from Honda but they do fly Honda flag.
I got $250 credit from Honda Canada and assurance that they will call the dealership and rap their knuckles.
All works for me. Straightening out the world, one person at a time.
