How do you eat your game?

since living on my own pretty much all my meat intake is game . Lots of sausage and ground . Jerky and all the good cuts too of course . Fish is pretty much all wild as well . Besides the pork fat and an occasional steak ,two deer can last me a year easy . Too much sausage this year though . This season we are going with more ground and jerky
