Reality, teamwork, life skills, confidence, fond memories, etc, lots of things those kids learned from this project. Well done!!

Wow! What a great project. You sir, should be in a news paper or something. This is a great idea and solid life experience for those kids. Congrats on yours and the kids success!

You are proof that their are exceptions to every rule. A teacher that cares enough about teaching to really innovate and go way out of his way to teach kids real useful life skills. I am betting that getting this past the administration was far from an easy job. Good on you for going to all the work to get it approved.

I know quite a few teachers and they were all very student centric and gungho when they started out. Only about half of them have managed to maintain that enthusiasm, the system beat it out of the rest of them. Good on you for being one of the great ones.

The kids lucky enough to be taught by you will truly benefit from it their whole lives.

good on you for teaching essential skills that society has lost.

it was always those moments in school that i carried with me for my life i'm sure they will too

Good on you for teaching kids where food comes from and showing how much effort goes into something simple as sausage.
