I use the whole sucker as well. I cut them up so that 1 piece takes up an entire Mason Jar. Add some vinegar and good to go. Whenever you want a midnight snack, just open up the bottom drawer to the oven and pull out a jar and bite a hunk off. Tasty.

Makes for an excellent presentation as well with the lips facing outward.
