I prefer my 12x16 wall tent with a gravity feed diesel heater no wake ups thru night to add wood and no frost when getting up in AM.

Seriously considering going the diesel heater route but I absolutely love having the wood stove going. Eventually though i think I'm going cave and opt for all night comfort of the diesel heater.

My hunting partner sewed his 12-16 wall tent in 1990. We would set it up each fall in September and take in down in December. Large wood heater never a cold night even in -30oC. He gave it to his grand children last year as we use log cabins now, we are both around 80 now and need extra comfort.

Good to know! I often wondered if a wood stove could be rigged for that one.
