Cabelas south/north edmonton has a Pallas P-Tac short ultra pump action 12ga on for $300 right now, reg $450.

I bought one of these 2 yrs ago for $350, very nice shotgun for the price point. I've cycled just about every type of round thru it & never had an issue.

Barrel length is 14.2"

Been shopping for a new high end sound bar for a while. Settled on the Sonos Arc as it is consistently rated number one in reviews. Well, now the fun starts, out of stock everywhere, including Costco. On a hunch, checked Costco a few days later and they now have stock. On sale for $1,049 bucks. Best part is, the Costco one does NOT have the Alexa/Google active listening microphone. Call me paranoid but no way do I want an active listening device in my home.

Vermilion AG foods in the mall has 1 1/4" huge prime rib steaks on for $20 each. I bought 6, thinking should buy 10 more.

They are huge and awesome.

Was at Save On at Calgary Trail & about 80 ave. Edmonton today.

They have nice one to two pound wild pink salmon for 4 to 6 bucks each. Nicely vac sealed. In the frozen section at end of the aisle. 0.79 cents per 100 grams.

Perfect size for easy curing/smoking and/or drying.

I don’t see this in Calgary, at least not advertised in the Calgary co-op flyer. Might have to check the store just to be sure I don’t miss this deal.

3.5" shells have gone up dramatically in cost. These shells were $26.99 and have been out of stock for months.
Most 3.5" shells are now $35 and up. Even these Snow Goose in the 1-2 blend are now up to $39.99.
The BB shot however, is still showing at $26.99 and in stock online now.

They shot great for me and I highly recommend stocking up before they catch on to what I can only think is a pricing error.

https://www.cabelas.ca/product/12858...ose-shotshells

If 3.5" doesn't show up at first change the shot size and then they'll appear as an option.

That is actually a great price, $40/500 hasn't been seen in quite a while. Good price to stock up for gopher season. Thanks for posting it. This is an excellent thread, have got a lot of deals I would never of heard about without the heads up on here.

I have also been shopping costco for a sound bar. Picked up a nice Sony 2 years ago but have not seen Sony soundbars for a long time. My budget is around $300

I ended up buying Sonos wireless surround speakers, $450 and will add a wireless sub because my wife loves BASS, about $900. This turned out to be a pretty expensive shopping endeavour.

I have a Klipsch with a wireless sub that was about 850 new 3 or so years ago. Excellent sound bar and I was going to put it on the downstairs TV but we don't watch TV downstairs any more so I was thinking of selling it. It would fit pretty close in you budget, and is a much better bar than the ones for $3-500 new. PM me if that is of interest.

I tried Cabelas and they were sold out but, went to C-Tire and had them price match. Not all C-tire stores had stock so best check. Sale ends Wednesday the 23rd so best get going.
Cheers,

I see they go on sale everywhere this Friday. It's in this week's flyer.

I bought these so I'll compare them to my Sig BDX 3000s, if they're better than the sigs I'll sell the sigs and buy a leica RF to go with them.
