How does a non-typical get deductions?

^^^symetry deductions off the typical frame...all 'junk' is added to score once the net score of the typical frame has been reached.

so the deductions were from the rack having a split frame on the the main beam on the one side?

Look at the deer, take away any abnormal points, then take the typical frame,example 5X4. Any differences in length of main beam, tine length, and circumfrance are your deductions, then add your lengths of the abnormal points, and that is your net nontypical score.(Add the inside spread of course.)

What a great animal. Good to see Canada produce such a giant, congrats to the hunter. Why worry about the " nancy's" he didn't shoot the buck for them did he? Life is to short. He should enjoy the moment. Last thing he should worry about is what others think.
