A five minute nap is really the best sleep of the day. Just gotta pull over to the side of the road first.

Default Whats med you feel old lately

A few years ago we were in the Galapagos Islands and we went on a snorkeling tour we were out in the middle of the Ocean snorkeling around a big rock I got real tired and fell behind the group, most of them were in the early 20s early 30s I was 51. I felt my age that day and I am and always have been in good shape.

That would make an awesome short story written in Jack London's style.

The crazy part about getting old is a friend asked me if I was getting any on the side lately. And I said, "I didn't even know they moved it?"

Having to constantly move around when sitting/ laying around so I don't seize up. Thinking 1995 was only about 10 years ago, but realizing that we are closer to 2030 than 2000.

- Getting out of bed and being sore

- Old hockey shoulder injury acts up daily

- Old hockey knee injury acts up daily now replaced....ouch

- What's this grey in my ear?

- Sitting down to watch a TV show I like and waking up to something different....hmmmm..

I am still on this side of the grass and age is a state of mind.
