Some nice meat prices out there this coming week,
Superstore has pork back ribs or tender loin @ 3.99lb.
Co op has brisket AA @ 3.99lb limit one, pork shoulder butt or whole leg @2.49lb, ground chuck chubs @3.99lb.
Safeway has pork tender loin @3.99lb.
Save on Foods has fryer chickens @ 2.29lb, pork loin @ 2.49lb.

cheap and easy safe rust protection, I can never remember to recharge the gel packs.
Dollarama has damp packs $1.25 that last for three months discard after the balls dissolve.

Coop (in Calgary at least) now have whole strip lions for sale while for like $8.00/lb. Easy to cut into steaks and pretty good looking meat. Cheaper than I have seen in a while
