You don't need any type of authority to follow someone and ask questions. It's not illegal. If he thought Trayvon was suspicious, he had every right to go to him and ask questions. Trayvon had no right to attack GZ and GZ was well within his right to defend himself.

Would a white kid in a suit be out in the rain cutting through alleys looking in windows? If so, I suspect that it still would have caught Zims attention.

Is there any proof that Martin attacked him first besides what Zimmerman said ?

I hope this doesn't set a prescident that you can take a gun to a fist fight and when you start losing shoot your way out of it and claim self defence.

Ya and if he stayed in bed it wouldn't have happened either. This doesn't matter! He was allowed to leave his truck! Why don't you put any blame in Martins lap for pounding on someone???

Zim was the defendant, it's not up to him to prove anything. You can't convict him because he can't prove Martin attacked first.

You would rather that a president be set that you can attack someone for following you and asking questions?

Ali, you are concerned about proving the wrong thing. The facts state that we cannot prove Zimmerman shot him with premeditation. If he did or didn't is irrelevant speculation.

If Zimmerman stays in his truck like he was told trayvon is still alive today and this whole thing would not have happened, that's the start of it not Martin not going right home.
|
You don't have to hurry home.. but how about you maybe... um.... don't attack anyone?!?!?!

And would doubling back be a smart choice? Would confronting him aka breaking his nose!, really be the best idea? A legal choice??? of course not.

It was an unfair assumption by me. He was more likely looking for garbage in the alley he could pick up to make the area nicer.

That's why he had the skittles bag, so he could tell the difference from garbage to candy.

In most cases the justice system isn't forced anyways, people take problems into there own hands, it's like a huge circle that just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

I was following this on RT http://rt.com/usa/zimmerman-acquitta...-protests-071/ and saw saw the banner "we are all Treyvon Martin". Under it had the web site http://www.revcom.us/ . Out of curiosity I googled it. Turned out to be the Revolutionary Communist Party of the US.
Makes me wonder what this is really about. To me this looks like this is being used to further a socialistic cause aka "gun control". Commies tend not to come out of the closet unless they think there can be some political gain. I checked to see if I had my tinfoil hat on, apparently not. Check out the Links

He was found not guilty by a jury of his peers, the system worked. How's is that not right? I mean unless you have some forthcoming evidence that the prosecuter was not privy too? It was the absolute right outcome.
