There is absolutely no way that you could be charged with anything if doing it from a county road...your gun could be unloaded next to u on the seat as your looking at animals in the moonlight with bino's, and there isnt a darn thing illegal about it. Like it or not, nothing about that contravenes any law
Bogwalker, the case won't be settled for months. 300magnum and waterninja: I agree with you both, even take it further to try and clarify my support with examples, but i still would like to know about the hookers eyes?

trespassing on private land is just that, trespassing, it doesn't matter if you want to hunt or not, you can't access it without permission first

Some kids poaching and got caught?? Good! Nail them to the wall.

A respected AO member got caught? Hmmmm......no worries, probably was just a misunderstanding......he admitted it......all is forgiven........

Seems a bit of a double standard, no?

Mostly just the name is different. Unless you consider the fact the other guy was getting paid as he did it.

Poaching is poaching. No matter WHAT the circumstances.

What an asinine comment. For all you know parents called it in. I guess your parents taught you to jump to unfounded conclusions.
