I say Robama wins... no, Obomney. Heck, what's the difference, they're the same guy anyways. I predict more of the same for our southern neighbors either way... more militarization of the state and rights being stripped as the economy falls to pieces. A turnaround is impossible now regardless of who steps in.

I know what you mean, but in fact a turnaround is inevitable. The only question is whether it will be peaceful and drawn-out or sudden and (likely) violent. As time passes, the ability to choose will fade.

There is a good argument that the U.S. is in a pre-revolutionary state where freedoms are being steadily eroded and the weight of government increasing (that includes the Bush Presidents). It is not a desirable trajectory.

it's about popularity... Who would you have a beer on your patio with? Romney has no personality and can't relate to the common american, his image as a private equity guy from a financial managment firm won't get him many votes in a country that just got destroyed by the financial sectors greed.

They want to make this election about the economy at first but once some details about what Romneys company has done to 'turn around' businesses came out it got more centered on health care etc.

It's a joke, it's two bozos spewing whatever they can to get into office

A wise man told me ( about 20 minutes ago ) that Obama is the political equivilant of a right of center republican, somebody that appeals to the average voter. No extremes to scare anybody.
