Thank you Oilers for putting on the hockey clinic tonight.

Thank you Flames for making it to the rink.

My play of the game.......Gagner gets swarmed by two players and a goalie nailing him with a blocker while on the ice and the pit bull still gets up with Turtles on his back and puts a beat down on Gio. Ya gotta admire a smaller guy with so much heart.

Ok.. Kinda torn.. So much fun to be at the game.. Hate we lost.. Loved it.. I am 100% Bipolar on this whole thing..

Lucic needs to be sent to the minors tomorrow. We bought a Plow horse and when it cam time to plow.... He was stuck in the barn

Drai might be getting a call from the league. Possible suspension for a spear on BSD. After the second goal and everyone was celebrating in the corner. He skated by and speared BSD in the back. So surprised that no one noticed it. I jumped out of my seat and I swear I was the only one who noticed it. My Son thinks I was drunk and lying. LOLOL.

See you guys at the end of the season.. What a Battle that was! As was said earlier. It was the game of the Century and I was sitting row 12 with my Son.. WOW..

Lol is this photo legit? Talbot likes to let in shots from centre ice... Not so many shots to the head that Smith dished!

What a complete and utter beat down, figuratively and literally.

Even little Gagne getting in on the smackdown, and when they just let you slap them around six ways till Sunday like that, then why not get in on it? How embarrassing that must have been to get so thoroughly manhandled and absolutely DOMINATED like that in your own house, with no pushback whatsoever, just roll over and die, no heart at all. The Flames must of thought it was playoffs already

Look's like dirty Gio is the next one in need of some straightening out.

Wanna hear a funny joke?

LOOCH!! That is all.

One by one his team mates (that he is there to protect) are getting punched out and made to look silly and weak, and that knuckledragger REFUSES to have any part of it. What an absolute PLUG!

See those shots on net? Have I used the word dominated yet?

Enjoy that humble pie after all those complementary knuckle sandwiches

I think looch will be the next to fight.
It’s almost kinda gettin to be similar to turtles. People are starting to call him on it and in order to save face(or heaven forbid contribute to the team....) he will have to throw down next game.

Ya know..... it looks like our boys kinda decided to take a page from Kass...

And rag doll the entire Flames bench..... in every meaningful hockey category..... heh!

Hell.... I heard ‘let’s go Oilers’ on the TV more than anything else from the fans....

Good ole 80s hockey.....

But fighting has no place in hockey.

The game on Wednesday only had 3.5x the viewers of any other game this year. Excluding the outdoor games.

He has to have a dance partner and the best thing to do is just skate away. There's zero reason to fight him unless he takes a hard run at one of your best players. He's not fast enough to make that happen...plus He's on the 4th line so no match up.

Awsome pic moose..... and your the only moose I’m ok with right now..

Nurse could have killed either of those guys.
After Talbot doing the blocker shots... Nurse had every right to destroy him.

Is that Lindholm to his right.... praying he dosent get noticed...? ‘Please don’t pick me sir!...” lol.

And Smith showed class too..... when Talbs was on the ice, Smith was locked loaded and ready to fire away...... and he didn’t.

Pure class right there.

Reminds me when guys used to stop swinging in a fight when one guy drops.

Those days I figured were long gone.

I just loved Gagner feeding kneeoGeo from on top. Then gets a goal..... beauty.

Our little guys were fully locked loaded and engaged. Jarchie was hitting hard, Gagner was awsome...... and then there’s our rookie fireplug starting it off.

Flames can throw sticks..... we’ll throw down.

Game of the century! Keep the passion in the game!

Nice thought if it were possible.

If he could keep up maybe pushing a shovel during commercial breaks with the Ice Girls crew?

The Battle of Alberta is must watch TV right now. If Mark Spector ever wants to write another book, he might want to start with this season.

A lot of good stuff in there as mentioned. Loved Gagner's game. That's a few now.

The last time we saw Yamamoto up with the big club, he couldn't stay on his feet. Was getting bounced off of pucks all the time. Wasn't sure he'd make it. Keep going kid. That's gotta be one of the best lines in the game right now, doesn't it? McDavid's line is actually No. 2 right now.

For me, the play of the game might have been the 5th goal where Draisaitl stripped Kylington of the puck in the offensive zone and that led to Nuge's goal. They were relentless. A couple of outstanding games for Drai after a questionable one.

As an Oiler how many times have we seen Lucic be so quiet against his former teams, LA in particular? Left fans scratching their heads for sure. Friends on the other side? I don't know.

He’ll have to fight Kassian or Nurse and he wants no part of either. He knows they’ll kick his ass!

Then everyone will see what they all ready know. Time for him to hang up the skates.

He gets 75k per game when broken down. Last night it looked like he though he was at the local arena going for a public skate for 75k. He is an embarrassment

We need a playoff series. If it’s anything like they were in the ‘80’s and ‘90’s we are in for a real treat! They’re we’re lots of beat downs back then fortunately the Oilers won most of them, including the games.

As the trade deadline approaches, has anyone heard of any good trade rumours for the Oilers?

I don’t think we will do much if anything.
I believe they are serious about building this team for a long prosperous future so I don’t see them giving up much for picks or anything at all for rentals and such.
