Okay then, you go right down the road with that one. Food for thought dude. Large black magic markers should not be left open too long on your desk as they can effect ones judgement.

Jamie I think you should just save your comments. I think you have embarrassed your self on this forum enough over the years 😉

Phew

Just what the doc ordered. A more solid performance to kill any Kings momentum.

Third game will be very telling. I’m very optimistic we can win this series.

To me it seems like the definers are power play goals and shots on net. For both the edge is in favour of Oilers.

Oilers had more shots from higher risk areas. Oilers seemed to keep the kings to the edges more.

As ridiculous a comment as one could conjure up and obviously coming from someone without one scintilla of knowledge about the game. But you did stand behind the bench of a 6th tier peewee team for a few games.

Team game. Oilers outchanced, outshot, outfaceoffed, and outscored the Kings yet you choose to bring it all down to one event while ignoring the 30 saves on 30 shots including a first period where imo the Kings were the better team.

If you're talking crayons for the North you'd best grab your chalk and head out to the driveway. Hopscotch is more your game.

You boy's can banter back and forth all you want about the oilers and the shames, dives and turtles the truth of the matter is the game last night was total domination by the oilers in every way and in every zone.

They are full credit for the win and were clearly the better team last night, the series is far from over and I look forward to the next game.

I was critical of Smitty after game one, and rightly so. He turned in a great effort last night, kept them in it in the first. The defence was better, the entire team played much better. If they win one in LA we will have ourselves a series. One game at a time.

Good game. Congrats Oilers. Drisaitl has Quick number. Shoot high glove side. Seems struggle over the shoulder. Quick was angry after Leon beat him. He a shooter (similar to Brett Hull).

What the hell does that even mean? Was it Ayahuasca night at the Sundance house?
When a team isn’t expected to win, they often try harder. When they do win they feed on the momentum.

The better team getting beat can lose confidence and if sustained they can end up psychologically beating themselves.

Kinda think about how during the regular season a better team loses to the weaker team.

It comes down to effort.

Now you don’t need to be nasty and you certainly don’t own the rights to cheer for the Oilers.

How about let’s be friends and cheer them on together!

What a headache this must be for the team logistics manager. Hope the Oilers got some bonding time and made the best out of these travel restrictions which are stricter then Cuba’s

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmon...ting-1.6444170

Hopefully this won’t increase fatigue long term.

Smith saved us in that period where Quick did not save his. Playoff game winners by having that type of tending,
Better play sounder in the 2nd.
