Default Finally allowed to post here

Loren has wanted a bow for years. He finally told me that I am not allowed to buy another rifle until he gets a bow. Every month I think the money is there for him to get a bow he always backed out. I bought a Ruger 10/22 and he got upset so I dragged him to SPAL to get his bow. PSE Stinger package

Our daughter just finished the Narrow Lake Hunter's Ed camp and loved shooting a bow. I asked about a bow for her and found a decent priced bow just for her.

Now next month, I can buy a rifle and just maybe a bow for me. At least I won't have to hear the whining from the other half now.

I am able to shoot Loren's bow at 53 lbs. The DL is a little long but not as bad as I thought. I will go with Loren to the range and he can get a few pics of me.

Great stuff MOM! I'll probably be buggin' ya next year for advice as I'd love to get Mrs Tree into it too. My kids are younger than you and Loren's, so you guys are definately giving me tons of family fun ideas. Thanks! How's the pup making out? Any shoelaces left in the house yet?

I don't know what you have prior to this post lol.......but at every opportunity there is mention of yet another rifle. Only two bows in the family so far.............nobody can be satisfied with that..........stay on the bow-train for a while and let those rusty lead shooters gather dust.

Hey NHM, next time Loren gets himself into such a concentrated pose, quietly whisper in his ear, "Your fly is open dear"! I'll bet it'll be his worst shot of the night!

Default New Bow

NHM, when did you go into Sherwood Park? Was in today and man the new owners were hopin, I seen a couple new commers tryin bows and man they sure seemed helpful, how was your service?

Mine was great, got everything I needed, a couple questions answered and a few supplies I probably didn't need

Just curious if others got the same great service I did with the new owners. I will go back!

hopefully ill get in tomorrow to shoot, its been abot 2 weeks since ive been in there and need to get back to shoot, as for the open fly ive had someone decide it would be wise to poke me in the bottom while having a "i can shoot you arrow before you can shoot mine" competition and all it did was make me concentrate more so maybe if you do it often he will shoot very well
