Default Ram powersnare foot

Dose anyone know or can explain to me how the ram powersnare foot works, or how it attaches to the spring? I seen it on trapping inc and am curious how it works. Looks like something I can make myself. Thanks

Basically it's a piece of angle about 3-4 inches long with a piece of rod or spike welded to the bottom of it. It goes into ground and the coil of ram gets placed on top of it step on the coil to pushover top of the angle. Done. Set it wherever you like to. Easy to make. I used to use some but when you start using lots of Rams it takes more time than it's worth. But there are some places where they are handy.
Good trapping!
