Default Nice Musky!

I'm originally a Winnipeg boy even though I have lived in Alberta for over 30 years now. I tell my nephew who still lives in Winnipeg I am responsible for his fishing success with all the tips I have given him...He fishes Eagle Lake in NW Ontario a lot, about 3 hour drive east of Winnipeg. He has caught bigger, but this is pretty nice. About 52". All are released after the photo. Caught today, Oct. 30. Late October/early November is the best time to catch the big ones as they are fattening up for the winter.

Here is my first muskie caught on LOTW. The take was so bizzare because we were trolling and the fish hit the lure from the back with so much speed I had about 6-8ft of slack line all of a sudden. Amazing fight.
