New window install damage inquiry

We recently had new windows and doors installed (higher end brand).

During trim/sill install ( separate from install crew) some nails came through several places and there is some damage with finishing nails poking through the casing.

I presume this is normal and not totally unavoidable in most circumstances. How should this be handled? If repaired, what should we expect? Pull nails and caulk or more than that?
