Default heads up for early season anglers

the snow has barely melted and those damn mosquitos are already out and attacking. was at the nsr friday and was already being "bugged" by them. think this might be a bad year for them.

I think I have an idea where you are today....Think it might be too long of a drive and it is late in the day...

Have to try the bow....Hopefully the wind can calm down tonight...Just a little...lol

Did you get bit?

I suspect they are more likely to be midges or bibionids than skeeters.

1... still wearing full clothing so not much for them to bite.
2.... i was surprised myself but took a close look at a couple and definitly mosquitoes. might have been early season males (don't bite), but still hated seeing them this early.
