Default NSR sturgeon

Kids had a blast , daughter got her new PB ! Never seen that much line go out , almost emptied the spool ! No measurements , just big fish. The fish I'm holding by myself is the same fish ( my daughters ) the two kids are holding , gives a better idea of the size. I am 6'4 and 275 (and wearing lots of clothes ! ) Need to remember to take a flashlight next time !

She's mad we can't go again tonight because she has hockey. Tomorrow night is a go ! They sure seem to fight harder now than spring fish !

Kids and I fished 430 to about 815. Landed 20 , lost 2. Nothing huge but close to a 20lb average. Daughter had a low/mid 50 incher that was jumping and running , she tried to stop it by putting thumb pressure on the spool. Good thing the line parted before she went swimming. Didn't take many pics but will post 2 later.

That is awesome I'm glad you and the kids had a good time! I wish I was half the sturgeon fisherman! 20 is a great number were they biting the jumbo dews?
