We're heading up to the Torrington area next weekend for a ride (horses) with some friends that have land up there... Anyway, they informed us that Bigelow dam is close by... Anybody have any "general" info? I understand that there are pike & perch in there (from the one [and only] fishing ref. that is on here) but can't find it in the regs (is it part of the Red Deer River?)...
