Just used that field for the pics. Turned the steers out the other day from their muddy pens and noticed wolf tracks checking them out. So I set up early about a mile back on his travel route. Didn't take long, I see him at 300 yds, then 200,100 at 50 I let him have it.
I like it when things plan out.

Bob I'm jealous. You're definitely doing a great job at keeping the wolf populations down. I don't know how you do it but I sure wish I did.

Damn, that's a good job. Friends of mine have some wolf damage every so often on their calves right after they wean. Looks like a lot of fun to even the score every so often.
